Terms And Conditions

Suellen Bergamin Advanced Aesthetics These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, treatments, and services provided by Suellen Bergamin Advanced Aesthetics. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to abide by the following policies.

 

1. General

Courtesy and Conduct We value punctuality, respect, and a positive environment. Clients must arrive on time to ensure treatments run smoothly. A 10-minute grace period applies; however, treatments will finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if insufficient time remains or if a client’s behaviour is rude, disrespectful, or disruptive. Client safety and well-being are our top priority. We may refuse or modify a service if contraindications are identified.

2. Appointments

 Deposits, and Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Deposits may be applied toward your treatment cost, but are retained for late arrivals, no-shows, or insufficient notice. Full payment is due on the day of the appointment. We accept most credit/debit cards, cash, and bank transfers. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 Rescheduling: 24 hours’ notice required. Allowed only once per appointment. Cancellations: 48 hours’ notice required for a full deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after this time. No-shows will result in the deposit being retained.

4. Patch Test and Allergies

 A free patch test is available and recommended 48 hours before treatment. A negative patch test does not guarantee the absence of allergic reactions. If you decline a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any reactions. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, but we will advise on appropriate steps if they occur.

 

5. Medical Conditions

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and health changes before treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may compromise safety and void liability on our part.

 

 

6. Hygiene and Safety

 All equipment is sterilised to industry standards, and disposable instruments are used wherever possible. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.

 

 

7. Children, Guests, and Mobile Phones

 To ensure focus and quality of care, children or companions are not permitted during consultations or treatments. Mobile phones should be silenced. Calls should be avoided while on the premises.

 

 

8. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Voucher numbers must be provided when booking and shown at the appointment. Cancellation and no-show policies apply.

 

 

9. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the latest service list on our Treatwell page .

     

 

10. Refunds and Complaints

We do not offer refunds. If dissatisfied, clients must report concerns within 24 hours of their appointment. Where appropriate, we may offer to redo the treatment. For filler treatments, no refunds are given. Dissatisfaction with volume may be addressed by removal (within 24 hours), subject to a removal fee. Complaints should be submitted in writing to ensure fair resolution.

 

11. Smoking and Premises

Rules Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings; we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items.

12. Data

Protection and Privacy We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone, photos, etc.) to provide services, respond to enquiries, and send marketing (if opted in). We do not sell or trade your data. Trusted service providers may handle your data under strict confidentiality. You have the right to: Access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Withdraw consent to marketing communications.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Treatments are carried out by trained professionals using approved products. Results vary per individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed. We are not liable for: Adverse reactions occurred when the client withheld medical information. Reactions due to patch test refusal. Issues outside our professional control (aftercare neglect, lifestyle factors, etc.).
